The THP production facility consist of three lines feeding two wave-soldering

Conformal coating (semi-automatic conformal coating plant)

Serialising (e.g. bargraph stickers) and packaging
Industrialisation
The experienced manufacturing personnel and engineers will
industrialise all projects completely to ensure build quality and consistency.
This might include design and manufacturing of special jigs and fixtures.
Test department
Sabertek's fully equipped test and maintenance facility do
100% testing of all manufactured products before shipping. The staff
of the test department also provides clients with a after-sales service
for many years after initial delivery. The department also specialises in the development of automated test equipment.

management
The materials management department in Sabertek provides clients with

without sacrificing quality. Components are bought through reliable sources only, and are controlled and checked by a formal system.
