MANUFACTURING - Production |
The production section can produce individual electronic assemblies according to the clients’ specifications and data. Multiple units that integrate to a complete development system can also be assembled and manufactured with our highly automated production lines.
SABERTEK’S production services include:
- Low-volume PCB manufacturing and assembly
- Medium-volume PCB manufacturing and assembly
- High-volume PCB manufacturing and assembly
Our production process includes SMD placement and through-hole component fitment and our trained personnel are operating on modern machinery. This professional manufacturing approach will ensure the client high quality results and fast performance.

Wave soldering machines are utilized for conventional components. Our skilled assemblers can hand solder SMD components as well as through hole components which enables us to also provide our clients with prototyping services.
Conventional (THP) Components
Our THP service consists of three production lines accommodated with an Ersa wave-soldering machine. Our well-trained personnel working on these lines cover the following aspects of product manufacturing:
- Component placement
- PCB inspection
- PCB hand soldering
- PCB wave soldering
- Dressing
- PCB board washing
- Conformal coating: semi-automatic conformal coating service
- Component potting
- Product serializing (e.g. barcode stickers) and product packaging
Mechanical Assembly
SABERTEK consists of a mechanical assembly department where each individual board or complete systems are assembled according to the predefined specifications. This service includes functional testing of the complete product by following the client’s guidelines and instructions. This procedure is completed by experienced mechanical operators and we will assemble complete devices in a professional manner to establish product efficiency. All products are serialized for quality purposes.
The necessary components will be purchased by us such as panels, switches, housings, or other mechanical parts. Product packaging forms the final process in the mechanical assembly department and we will deliver the final product to the end user.
